Traditional Japanese Festival in Blok M – Little Tokyo - ENNICHISAI, Jakarta, July 4, 2010


Japanese community residing in Jakarta, Sunday, July 4, 2010, gathered in Melawai Blok M, South Jakarta, They organized a Traditional Japanese Festival in Block M – Little Tokyo - ENNICHISAI 2010.

Mayor of South Jakarta was also there, giving a speech at the opening ceremony which was also attended by the Ambassador of Japan. Appeared on the show, the guests who attended not only from community residents in Japan and Indonesia, but also many foreign tourists.

The event lasted from noon till night. The bazaar was not only populated by a variety of typical Japanese goods, but also enlivened by the performances of various Japanese martial arts. Call it Taiko, Shiorinji Kempo, and that most attracted the attention of visitors was Kyokushin Karate, as shown on the martial arts in addition Kihon, Kata, Kumite, and Tameshiwari.
